Hi, I'm Rachel. I Know the Beauty Business, and I Know the Technology Behind It.
I've spent my career on both sides of the beauty industry — from behind the chair, the front desk, and salon management to education and leadership roles within beauty technology companies.
As a fourth-generation beauty professional, I understand how salons operate, the demands on their teams, and how overwhelming technology decisions can feel.
That's why I created BeautiSoul: to give salon and spa owners someone experienced to turn to when technology decisions and projects become overwhelming.
Alongside BeautiSoul, I'm also a Salon & Spa Business Broker with Salonspa Connection, helping owners navigate another important side of the beauty business: buying and selling.
