Scheduling

Boulevard's marquee feature is Precision Scheduling — service timing broken into processing, finishing, and cleaning windows so double-booking colorists and multi-step services actually works. Online booking, dedicated booking line, caller ID, waitlist, booking deposits, and check-in / walk-in management are on every plan. Group booking and resource scheduling (rooms, chairs, equipment) unlock on Premier and above.

Retail tracking

Product catalog, quantity tracking, adjustments, and shrinkage reporting are on every plan. Prepaid product units and purchase orders unlock on Premier+. Retail flows through the same POS and reports as services, so back-bar and shelf revenue live in one place.

Reporting

Standard and advanced reports plus data drilldowns and email delivery come on every plan. Gift card liability tracking and commission reports are included across the board.
